Eleven Bed & Breakfast

The best thing was Mr. Ajay who took care of us from the first moment I made the reservation until we left! The room was spacious and had very nice colonial style interior. The breakfast was in western style and the coffee was great! (Italian taste!) The small outdoor place was lovely and the staff who worked with the rooms were all very kind. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the area quiet and green! I can really recommend this place!

A huge thank you to our host! He was VERY kind and helpful. In addition to the normal check in and out process, he offered us highly detailed information about tours, and even helped make us a travel plan. The breakfast was nice (indian style) every day and the front garden was peaceful. The property is protected by a security checkpoint and is nice and secure. Bottled water was provided free of charge at all times and everything we needed was taken care of right away. We did not have local currency and the host lent us enough money to get taxis, enjoy the first day, visit the exchange office, and return to the accommodation! The owner even helped us AFTER our stay with his local knowledge when we needed something. This was the first place we stayed after arriving in India and it was the perfect landing spot. Excellent communication, always available to answer questions and help if needed.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. After reading some horror stories, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. It's in a good location, close to interesting sights. Lot's of taxis available too. We slept good on the firm beds. Indian (fruit, chai, flatbread and yogurt dip - it's probably called different in Indian though lol) and Western (fruit, toast, jam, egg, coffee, cereal) breakfast is simple but tasty. Ajay the host, was amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. This made us feel comfortable in a pretty overwhelming city as Delhi. He helped us get a taxi at 3am in the morning with a reliable service. The room is clean, decent size, has a little desk, chair, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. I also liked that there were a few books and magazines. Not too much noice at night, I could sleep without my ear plugs :p.

We booked for proximity to the train station but that's not the only great thing bout this location - it's in a lovely leafy suburb which was quite quiet for Delhi. Short walk to Humayun's Tomb and Sunder Park - really nice attractions. Host AJ was great and helped with a day plan for us and arranged a cheap taxi to airport. Delicious breakfast. Spacious, quiet rooms. Would stay again.

Ajay who runs this property is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble, he stored some bags before our visit, got us a birthday cake, and was always available on WhatsApp. The property is in an excellent location and has everything you need. Would happily stay again.
